Helping churches communicate the Gospel with clarity to people navigating real life.

I serve pastors and ministry leaders by preaching Scripture with clarity, humility, and conviction—so congregations are strengthened, faith is deepened, and the Gospel is heard and understood.

Preaching today carries real weight. Many people in our churches didn’t grow up with Scripture or shared assumptions about faith. Others are quietly carrying doubts, questions, or influences from other belief systems. The Gospel hasn’t changed—but the room has.

I came to faith after converting from Islam in college through reading Scripture, asking honest questions, and wrestling carefully with truth. That journey shaped how I preach and why clarity matters.

For more than two decades, I’ve preached in local churches, led retreats and evangelism gatherings, taught church staff teams, and served leaders in high-pressure environments—including extensive ministry with professional athletes and NFL chaplains.

I respect pastors. I honor the pulpit. I love the local church.

Teaching the Word

I love helping people see how the whole Bible fits together—from the Old Testament to the New Testament. Drawing on my theological training, I explain complex biblical and theological ideas in clear, practical ways people can actually understand and live out. By teaching Scripture in its proper context, my aim is to equip believers with a grounded, coherent faith that shapes everyday life.

Sharing the Gospel

The Gospel is not a message we move past—it’s the truth we return to again and again. I share the good news of Jesus Christ with clarity while inviting people to respond without pressure or manipulation. My heart is to help people truly understand the Gospel and encounter Christ in a way that is honest, compelling, and life-giving.

Formed by Love.

Sent with Purpose

I thrive in helping everyday people learn to read the Bible for themselves, not as experts, but as faithful followers of Jesus. My heart is rooted in the Great Commandment (Matthew 22:37-40)—to love God with all our heart, soul, and mind and the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20) — to make disciples who make disciples.

When people grow in their love for God and confidence in His Word, faith moves from something they borrow on Sundays to something they live out every day and share with the world.

  • When I serve your church, you can expect:

    • People who feel more confident opening and understanding the Bible

    • A deeper love for God that engages both the heart and the mind

    • Discipleship that moves beyond information to transformation

    • Believers equipped to live out their faith and help others follow Christ

Reza combines faithful exposition of the Word of God with a fresh application that resonates with people of all ages and backgrounds. I have always loved how well he connects with the men in our congregation, especially. I believe that if you can reach the men, you can reach the family, and Reza has a gift for reaching men. At the same time, almost paradoxically, Reza is sensitive and has the emotional depth to knock down barriers that some put up when they hear about his background with pro athletes. He surprises many with his depth and authenticity.

He will be a blessing in many ways to your church or Christian organization.

Reza has been a friend and co-laborer in the Gospel work for many years now, and I think the world of him. He is a great man of God, an outstanding communicator, and a gifted leader.

1.Weekend Services

I preach Scripture with clarity and conviction for the whole room—believers, seekers, leaders, and families. Whether in a weekend service or special event, my goal is to communicate the Gospel faithfully and accessibly, helping people understand God’s Word and respond to it meaningfully.

Congregations leave with clarity, conviction, and a deeper confidence in the Gospel.

Outreach Events

Evangelistic gatherings are an opportunity to present the Gospel with both conviction and compassion. I communicate the good news of Jesus in a way that is clear, accessible, and honest, inviting response without pressure or manipulation. My aim is to create space where people can truly understand the Gospel and consider Christ for themselves. My unique background growing up as an Iranian immigrant in a Muslim household, converting to Islam and working with Professional Athletes gives me an intriguing story that engages non-Christians and those who are seeking.

3.Retreats

Retreat settings allow space to slow down, go deeper, and focus on formation. I teach Scripture in a way that helps people connect the Bible to real life, understand God’s Word in its proper context, and engage faith with both heart and mind. I’m able to adapt to your desired focus for the retreat, or I can suggest a clear format that Gospel clearly and consistently throughout the retreat.

People return refreshed, grounded, and more equipped to live out their faith.

Strategic Church Consulting

In addition to preaching and teaching, I work with church and ministry leaders through leadership consulting and clarity work. With over 25 years of Christian organizational leadership experience, and through my StratOp process, I help leadership teams gain alignment, clarity, and forward momentum during seasons of growth, transition, or challenge.

Leadership teams gain shared vision, practical clarity, and a renewed sense of direction.
